We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Sous Chef to our Cater To You team in New York, New York. As a Sous Chef, you will have the opportunity to directly oversee the production and service of meals.

Today, CTY prepares more than 13,000 fresh meals daily for students ranging from pre-schoolers to high school seniors. Our wholesome offerings are always created on-site, from scratch, using better-for-you premium products. Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations.
Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality.
Must-haves:
Experience supervising multiple employees.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.
Minimum of two years of experience in a lead cook position
Nice-to-haves:
An advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field.
Food Handler’s certification.
