Job Description
The Business Management Team is a newly established team responsible for supporting the process, data, technology, and operational needs of the Global Client Group. The Business Management Team’s key focus areas include: (i) a dedicated technology and operations project management center, (ii) enhancement of the management’s processes across the GCG, (iii) strategic business planning for new initiatives and (iv) enhancement of capital raising results through advanced data, reporting and analytics. The team will work with all of the functions across GCG as well as key stakeholders within technology and the Business Groups to deliver strategic and tactical solutions.
To deliver on this mandate, the focus of this role is the strategic development of data analytics and sales enablement that complement GCG’s business strategy, objectives and initiatives. This will be done in partnership with stakeholders in GCG and the business groups (collectively, the “Stakeholders”) to understand objectives, issues, enhancements and subsequently identification of potential solutions.
JOB PURPOSE: Business Analysis, Data Integrity & Analytics and Reporting ([Sales Enhancement/Enablement])
In this role, the candidate will:
Support project management and execution of strategic business planning for new initiatives across GCG
Support GCG in enhancement of capital raising results through business planning, advanced data, reporting and analytics
Maintain customized, relevant, and dynamic dashboards and/or reports for sales teams and sales leadership
Create, analyze, and evolve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the associated reporting for the teams and individual roles
Establish and oversee data quality control and resolution of data integrity exceptions; maintain governance and transparency across data systems
Utilize and integrate market data (Preqin, Pitchbook, etc.) to identify industry trends as well as recommendations for future opportunities across GCG
Evolve our use of Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency
Help prepare materials for ad hoc projects, including developing focused analytics, conducting industry research, and preparing presentations
Translate complex data into business insights and recommendations
QualificationS Required:
Experience Required:
Knowledge and/ or experience with Salesforce and exporting and analyzing additional data sources
Experience with visualization and analytical tools including Power BI and Tableau a plus
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000
Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education, and designations.
