• Our client is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join their team in Astoria. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various HVAC systems, including PTAC units, water source heat pumps, and split systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair PTAC units, water source heat pumps, and split systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Ensure all installations and repairs comply with company standards and local codes.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide exceptional customer service.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Proven experience with PTAC units, water source heat pumps, and split systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification. Preferred

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 30.00 – 50.00/hour range
