About the Role
The Program Manager, Community role exists within Twitch's Creator Expansion team, part of the Partnerships organization. You will utilize their experience working with creators to support non-traditional streamers using Creator Clubs, a new program to bring like-minded creators together. You will create touch points within each Creator Club through education, networking and events. You will gather and communicate feedback from the creators you partner with to support future improvements to the experience of streamers on Twitch. You will report to the Community Team Lead, within Creator Expansion.
This position is based in NYC.
You Will:
- Drive recruitment and selection for specific creator types under the Creator Clubs Program
- Implement creator-centric programs through scaled education and engagement programs
- Represent Twitch in both virtual and in-person environments, being an advocate for the interests of Twitch creators in each Club
You Have:
- 3+ years of experience planning creator-focused events or activations
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
- Experience managing and developing cross-functional relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Familiarity with online communities and social platforms
- Speaks a major European language (aside from English)
