The position of Senior Financial Services Representative is established to build and deepen relationships with members and potential members, by providing professional and accurate information when opening new accounts, securing loans, as well as offering a full range of Credit Union products and services to meet members’ needs and increase member satisfaction.
What qualifications do I need to have for this role?
Requirements: -High school diploma or equivalent. -3 years of experience in the financial industry to include: customer service skills, extensive knowledge of loans and deposit accounts, interviewing techniques, offering and/or referring financial products and services. -Knowledge of Credit Union and/or financial institution loan policies and procedures.
Preferences: -Demonstrated ability and willingness to actively promote products and services. -Strong track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
Skills/Competencies: -Service focused individuals, who prioritize the member and end user experience. -Team driven, with willingness and proven ability to work well and collaborate effectively with others. -Professional demeanor and effective communication skills. -Ability to maintain and promote an ethical and compliant environment.

What is the pay range?
Pay Scale: $24.50-$30.25 (Per Hour)
