Under the direction of the Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing initiatives of the Orange County Inland Empire Small Business Development Center Network (OCIE SBDC) with the planning, execution and tracking of marketing campaigns.

Essential Duties
Assist in executing strategic marketing initiatives and activities across multiple channels, including digital and print vehicles.
Design and create branded assets for both internal and external communication and marketing needs.
Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice and message across all outlets.
Write blog posts, press releases, copy for marketing collateral and other content needs as assigned.
Produce short-form video segments for deployment across social media channels and organizational website.
Update and maintain SBDC websites regularly, seeking opportunities to continually improve SEO and UX while maintaining ADA compliance.
Assist with developing and managing content and social media.
Track, analyze and report on campaigns and online activities.
Stay abreast of current digital media trends and related technology, advising marketing strategy accordingly.
Assist in managing internal and external communications with partners, stakeholders, clients, and service centers.
Manage vendors and contractors related to marketing activities.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Thorough working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
Working knowledge of WordPress and Constant Contact.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Eventbrite, and Zoom.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including a command of grammar, vocabulary, and AP Style.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to think critically, problem-solve and work independently.
Ability to independently handle multiple work unit priorities and projects.
Ability to troubleshoot most office administration problems and respond to all inquiries and requests related to work area.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum one (1) year of related experience.
Understanding and knowledge of public relations campaigns and tactics.
Possession of excellent interpersonal communication skills.
EDUCATION:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field form an accredited four-year college or university.
