The Emergency Services RN Director will report directly to the CNO while overseeing the daily operations and needs of a dynamic, large-scale Emergency Department. They will join an integrated internal structure, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other department leaders and staff in order to ensure excellent patient care. The Emergency Services RN Director will be responsible for process management initiatives, quality improvement, and monitoring clinical standardization requirements of the department. The Emergency Services RN Director will have a strong background in Emergency Services/Trauma leadership with a Masters Degree in Nursing.
