- Managing premium areas such a clubs, catering activations, etc..
- Familiarity with catering BEO’s
- Staging/Setting of premium areas
- Following cleanliness protocols
- Enforcing responsible alcohol service standards
- Following safety protocols

Qualifications:

Experience in sporting events premium preferred
