ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

You will join a newly formed Investor Relations function, reporting to the SVP, Investor Relations, and working with the IR analyst. This team is responsible for communicating the company’s results and opportunity to the external investment community, comprised of equity analysts, credit analysts, and investment funds. YOUR DAY-DAY:

· Build relationships with members of the investment community, including both analysts and investors

· Serve as a thought leader to helping develop the company’s value proposition to current and potential investors

· Compile and analyze internal information to be used for quarterly earnings disclosures, across all deliverables including press release, script, Q&A preparation, and presentations

· Analyze sellside analyst research and prepare regular summaries for senior management

· Perform competitive analysis on other publicly-traded companies in our sector

· Build presentations and messaging documents to relay our operational and financial performance and opportunity

· Manage investor event calendar focused on high-quality investor engagement opportunities with senior management

· Manage and optimize our Investor Relations website

YOU HAVE:

· Minimum of eight years of experience in finance, preferably in equity research, buyside equities, or investment banking.

· Undergraduate degree, preferably in Finance or Economics

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models

· Excellent attention to detail

Salary Range: $193,000 - $215,000
