The Assistant Director for EDI Initiatives works closely with the Assistant Dean for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion to integrate equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) values and principles throughout Tulane University Law School (TLS), including through supporting the implementation of the TLS Strategy for Tomorrow Plan over the next several years. Among other responsibilities assigned as needed by the Assistant Dean in furtherance of the work of the EDI Office, the Assistant Director proposes, develops, and implements EDI programming, provides guidance and support for affinity organizations and their members, and partners with the Office of Admissions to expand, lead and support outreach and pipeline programs and initiatives. The Assistant Director also coordinates with other stakeholders to ensure communication of EDI events and programming within the TLS community and with the public more broadly. • Bachelor’s Degree
