Sodexo Live's! Airport Lounge Segment is hiring a Airport Lounge Kitchen Manager at Reagan National Airport (DCA).
An oasis away from the airport hustle, our Delta Sky Clubs/Lounges have become synonymous for comfort and elegance at major airports throughout the world. Grow your culinary career! We are seeking candidates with prior culinary supervisory skills and hands-on food production experience to join our growing team. We do need night and weekend availability for this role, but this is a great quality of life opportunity with no late nights!
The successful candidate will:
- be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting;
- comfortable running both FOH and BOH operations;
- able to handle guests and client concerns
- ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;
- have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;
- ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or
- have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems (Excel Spreadsheets).

- a supervisory culinary background, with the demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends;
- excellent mentoring/leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards;
- have the ability to work a flexible schedule;

- have a passion for food and innovation.
