Job Abstract

The Pharmacy Compliance & Sterile Product Coordinator will maintain day-to-day operations of the main pharmacy in adherence with regulatory and legal requirements including USP 797. Ensure organizational and departmental policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standards. Provide accurate record keeping of any pharmacy documentation required by regulatory standards. Work with upper management to maintain compliance for all the staff within the pharmacy department. Identify opportunities for improvement in compliance and safety. Work with upper management to prepare and update compliance policies and procedures. Work with upper management to collect and analyze compliance data and create improvement plans as needed.
