ICF seeks an experienced professional to serve as an Aviation Senior Manager – Digital Strategy and Modernization. This position is 100% Remote in the United States.
ICF is looking for an experienced Manager to join our fast-growing Digital Strategy and Modernization team. Join us as we help our clients across the Aviation market enable and automate their businesses with technology tools. We deliver Operations Implementation consulting and support services to clients - based on the Build-Operate-Transfer model. We enable digitization of processes to achieve maximum efficiency and flexibility. Further, we co-create sustainable customer solutions that deliver best user-experience and keep the available technology relevant to business needs for a longer duration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the design and implementation of full technology-enabled business solutions.
• Identify integration issues and offer solutions.
• Work within a pre-sales and delivery environment to understand, design and build solutions to meet business needs.
• Analyze business requirements and work on business-process improvement and efficiencies.
• Program management on a variety of projects with mixed client, software vendor and business consultancy teams.
Types of Projects You will Work On:
• IT Systems evaluation and selection.
• Systems Implementation Support, including systems and processes (health) adoption study and improvement.
• Operations Assessment and improvement.
• Digitization of existing business processes and identifying gaps to develop the desired “to-be” processes.
• CoE (Centre of Excellence) and Competence centers support (for continuous improvement).
• Digital technology asset management.
Competencies You Will Develop include:
• Business Processes and Performance Management.
• Prescriptive Solutions Blueprinting.
• Software Solution Adoption.
• Program and Project Management.
• Change and People Management.

MUST HAVE Qualifications:
• 10+ years implementing Operations IT Systems experience, preferably in commercial aviation space.
• 8+ years Project Management experience with full project lifecycles, from vendor evaluation and selection, through to software implementation and change management.
• 5+ years’ experience delivering business-process improvement, gap analysis and solutions.
Professional Skills/Experience:
• Ability to manage, lead and facilitate design meetings in order to extract key business and technical design criteria.
• Proven ability to work with clients, client partners, executives and consultant teams.
• Full understanding and delivery of the benefits which an organization can leverage from implementing a fully integrated Operations IT system.
• Strong working familiarity and practice with MS Office, Project Management tools, BPM and PLM tools and procedures.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$123,765.00 - $210,400.00
