Reporting to the Executive Director, this position is responsible for the accurate, timely filing, collection, and management of all private pay billing. Assists in census tracking, all elements of the billing process and reviewing Medicaid and SSI balances to ensure compliance with State regulations. Will set up and maintain resident trust accounts as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalentv
• Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience handling complex billing and collection issues
• Must be proficient in the use of a computer for input of EHR, processing spreadsheets, strong working knowledge of Medicaid billing and compliance regulations

Schedule: Full-time 37.5 hours per week

Compensation- Hourly Range: $22-29 depending on experience
