9:00am-5:00pm

Salary: $115,000 - $145,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, train, invest in, and develop the staff accountant.
Oversee and optimize the monthly financial close process and related business activities.
Prepare segment and consolidated financial statements (monthly/quarterly/annual) and provide actionable insights.
Manage tax compliance and correspondence with taxing authorities.
Support monthly payroll and maintain organized records; prepare and submit corporate tax and monthly statutory payments.
Implement commercial ERP systems to maximize operational efficiencies.
Supervise and assist with annual external audits and third-party audits.
Develop a comprehensive internal control environment to mitigate risk.
Manage complex accounting items, including Revenue Recognition, Lease Accounting, Intercompany, and Taxes.
Provide treasury and cash management support.
Lead and support budget preparation.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or an equivalent degree with a record of strong academic achievement. CPA or other advanced degrees are highly preferred.
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in public accounting or corporate finance/controllership, preferably in a healthcare setting or regulated industry.
