A renowned, award winning hospital is looking for a Hospital Laboratory Director to join their team. The Laboratory department is expanding and is looking to fill the director role with a healthcare professional who is enthusiastic and determined to help develop the growth of the Lab department.

The Director Hospital Laboratory Services will oversee 20+ full time employees and oversee the department in clinical and administrative duties. The lab director will have support from the operations manager and clinical manager. The Ideal candidate will have hospital laboratory experience and national certification by ASCP, AMT, and AAB.

The Hospital Laboratory Director will provide quality outcomes of the laboratory, overall operations, direction, and leadership for the management team and Lab staff. The director will be the driving force for initiatives to increase accuracy and enforce protocols and procedures.
