As a digital transformation consultant, you know that implementing improved digital initiatives with effective process improvement and change management strategies is crucial for your client’s future. You’re eager to apply your consulting experience and expertise supporting digital transformation efforts including IT modernization, data management and analytics, cloud migration, model-based engineering, and agile software development to develop and implement creative solutions. We’re looking for someone like you to help DoD organizations solve their traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions.
As a digital transformation consultant on our team, you’ll be trusted to help realize your client's mission objectives by harnessing digital tools, practices, and processes. Using strong data analysis and consulting skills, you will assess gaps and organizational readiness, define requirements, and recommend solutions. You will work closely with key stakeholders and other technical consultants to develop and drive implementation plans, including tracking and reporting progress. In this role, you’ll directly impact?organizations at the forefront of national security by improving and accelerating the way they deliver advanced capability to the Warfighter. You Have:??
2+ years of experience leading projects or workstreams with discrete deliverables
Experience with digital transformation, process improvement, and change management
Experience at a consulting firm or in government contracting with direct client engagement or interaction
Ability to perform complex data collection and analysis activities, including methodology development and data visualization
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:??
Experience working with the DoD or Federal Government
Experience with change management
Experience defining business requirements, designing solutions, and developing key performance indicators for measuring impact
Experience developing low code and no code solutions with platforms such as SharePoint or Microsoft Power Platform
Master's degree
PMP, Jira, Confluence, or ICAgile Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
