Job Abstract

Dae Sung, LLC is currently seeking a MD Master Plumber for its contract to provide/maintain various commercial facility plumbing systems, backflow preventers, plumbing maintenance, and water treatment/quality management services for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services located in Baltimore, MD. Hourly Pay Rate: $44.93 per hour. Working days/hours available for this position:

Monday through Friday / 40 hours per week / Day Shift / Flexibility with shift hours during the day.

Qualified candidates should possess and be capable of maintaining a Maryland Master Plumber/Gas Fitter License and a Maryland Backflow Preventer Certification. Candidates with a Maryland Journeyperson Plumber/Gas Fitter or Stationary Engineer (Grade 1 or 2) License, AND the ability to obtain a Maryland Backflow Preventer Certification, may also be considered.

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of journeyperson level experience as a Plumber.
• Must have prior experience and working knowledge of Building Plumbing Systems (cold and hot), Central Plant Equipment (chillers, boilers, thermal storage, pumps, heat exchangers), Utility Services, Backflow Preventers, Water Treatment Systems, and Life Safety Systems.

Education: High School Diploma / G.E.D equivalent required.
