MAC TEAM PROJECT MANAGERS RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained on client and/or Relocation Management SharePoint site and updates made accordingly.
- Receive, review and process client requests.
- Develop, and provide full scope of work based on the project details.
- Develop, and provide full project cost for client approval.
- Submit project costs into the client’s data base.
- Participate in planning meetings hosted by the client, relocation manager, occupancy planning and other key stakeholders.
- Assist the clients Project planners to establish HLE ‘s (High Level Estimates)
- Assist Facility Manager, AV project manager and Construction Manager as required.
- Ensure project processes are managed in accordance with the client’s and JLL’s policies and procedure.
- Actively manage move tickets in PlanYourMove (PYM) system
- Coordinate and actively manage small works projects assigned, including but not limited to furniture reconfigurations and space enhancements. Will require onsite supervision of moves and small works projects.
- Management and oversite of vendors and supporting suppliers, (furniture, electrical and LV cabling etc.)
- Work in partnership with Technology divisions and their vendor support teams.
- Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to time and expenses, ethics, and business practice.
- Participate in project close-out activities and documentation as applicable (e.g., final punch list status, FF&E disposition status, etc.)
ADDITIONAL RELOCATION MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE
- Provide descriptive floor plan or sketches, as applicable for Small Work Projects and/or PYM tickets
- Manage Migrations (Large restacks within buildings, and/or migrations to new facilities.
CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS AND MANAGEMENT
- Provide general overall MAC services including continuous monitoring of the project/Moves/Changes
- Actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success Act as an interface with client and client technology teams
- Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption.
- Attend all meeting and take comprehensive meeting notes, and recap in timely manner.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT LEADERSHIP, AND TEAMWORK
- Participate and contribute to internal activity or group focused on improvement of specialty skill or knowledge.
- Work effectively with different personalities; work effectively within the team and participate actively in team building exercises.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES for this role include:
- Excellent project management ability must be able to multi-task in a high-volume work environment.
- Excellent internal and external customer service orientation
- Ability to always multitask and maintain professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Superior ability to plan and manage work and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
Estimated compensation for this position is:
75,000.00 – 90,000.00 USD per year
The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
