Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process under the direction of the Clinical Manager Nursing
• Operationalize the objectives, policies, and procedures of the Medical Center and Clinical Services for a specific shift
• Assume accountability for monitoring all department activity, including patient flow, appropriate staffing, assignment of care, and staff development

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing (BSN)
• Several years of related acute care experience
• Prior leadership experience
