Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Program Manager.
The Program Manager, IEHE System Operations, is a new role that will support the work of IEHE system initiatives and programs across the NYULH enterprise. This role will report to the IEHE Executive Director, and will have primary accountability supporting the Disability, Inclusion and Access (DI-ASP) strategic priorities and programs.
The NYULH Disability Inclusion Strategy is to provide a broad foundation for transformative and sustainable progress on accessibility and disability inclusion through all mission areas.Through this enterprise-wide strategy, IEHE will administratively promote and support initiatives that create a safe, inclusive and accessible place for patients, employees and trainees with disabilities. The Strategy includes system-wide policies, a comprehensive roadmap, an accountability/evaluation framework and other implementation modalities. The strategic framework covers the main organizational functions at the corporate level, including planning; programming; capacity development; clinical services and documentation; hiring practices and human resource management; accessibility; inclusiveness, and reasonable accommodation.
This critical role will support planning and execution of NYULH Disability Inclusion, and Access Strategic Plan (DI-ASP).

This critical role will support planning and execution of NYULH Disability Inclusion, and Access Strategic Plan (DI-ASP).
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project management
o As prioritized by executive leadership from the DI-ASP. Projects will span all mission areas across the NYULH enterprise.
- Program management
o Administratively support steering committees and subcommittees as designated within the DI-ASP.
o Collaborate with cross-functional groups and shared services across NYULH in support of DI-ASP initiatives.
o Develop modified frameworks that integrate DI-ASP deliverables into existing infrastructure
- Administrative Functions
o Build and maintain reporting functions in support of DI-ASP initiatives and at the request of DI-ASP and IEHE leadership.
- Support documentation including but not limited to: agenda preparation, minute taking, creation and management of electronic document filing systems, support developing slide decks or other necessary content as requested by DI-ASP and IEHE leadership.
- Support with budget development and tracking/monitoring for relevant projects
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a 2 years in project or program manager role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project management certification
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $81,325.15 - $105,000.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
