The Project Manager of, Project Management & Analysis, supports the strategic objectives of Old Navy Store Operations and Experience team by providing analytical support, managing project components, and ensuring alignment with the company’s operational goals. This role is essential for the detailed analysis and reporting that informs strategic decisions to drive Old Navy’s brand strategy. Through rigorous analyses, focus on our customers, creative thinking, and deep partnership with the business, you will help develop the strategic direction for Old Navy. You will provide analysis that drives critical projects to advance our priorities, growth, and long-range plans.
What You'll Do
Provide analysis to drive strategy of Old Navy including the Store Ops Annual Operating Plan & Goals, focusing on sales productivity, and identifying outliers.
Support project management tasks for AOP initiatives and strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Provide analytical support for store testing initiatives, contributing to the identification of optimization and growth opportunities.
Assist in the preparation and dissemination of progress reports to key stakeholders, ensuring visibility and transparency of goals and achievements.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
Serve as a strategic partner as Old Navy develops annual Long-Range Plans.
Support cross functional business partners with analytical insights and problem solving.
Own work planning, hypotheses generation, issue identification, and analytical framework development
Influence strategy store operations and field team
Who You Are
Able to identify opportunities within the store environment and offer solutions to improve the overall customer and employee experience.
Experience managing complex projects, timelines, and deliverables with a high degree of attention to detail.
Able to set specific and measurable performance objectives and strive to meet and/or exceed the performance standard.
Demonstrated track record as an outstanding problem solver and strategic thinker with the ability to quickly identify key issues and develop hypotheses.
Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions.
