Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
- The resource assigned to this position must be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook and possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with field activities in environments like those encountered at MPA Terminals is highly desirable.
- The resource will be on call 24x7 to provide support as needed. The assigned resource must be reachable and able to assist and/or coordinate support for timely resolution of reported incidents and emergencies.
- The assigned resource must have their own transportation and valid Driver’s License and, after starting, be able to obtain:
- TWIC – Transportation Workers Identity Card - https://universalenroll.dhs.gov/programs/twic
- Port Badge and Vehicle Decal for un-escorted access to MPA secure locations, and ‘escort’ privileges to escort MPA visitors as needed.

Location:
There are two work locations for this position (both will be used, depending on scheduled activities):
1. Building 97B first floor, Room 118A, 2700 Broening Hwy, Baltimore, MD 21222 (Primary Location)
2. WTC Building, Suite 1324, 401 E. Pratt St, Baltimore, MD 21202 (Secondary Location)
Field work may require presence at all MPA Terminal locations (in the same geographical area)
