Your team responsibilities
Reporting to the Global Head of Index Marketing based in New York, the Vice President, Index Product Marketing, will lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies tailored to promote MSCI’s Index products, primarily focusing on fixed income and ETF partnerships. This role is highly collaborative, working across MSCI’s product lines and with global marketing teams in PR, design, digital, email, events, and content.

Your key responsibilities
· Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the Global Head of Index Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans that stimulate growth and interest in MSCI’s Index solutions, particularly in fixed income.
· Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments. Conduct market research to identify target segments, understand client needs, and inform product positioning.
· Campaign Development: Lead the creation of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at driving revenue growth and supporting special initiatives.
· Partnership Management: Cultivate and expand relationships with ETF issuers, Exchanges, partners, and associations.
· Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, maximize ROI, and continuously refine strategies based on key metrics.
· Value Proposition Development: Develop and refine value propositions for Index products, articulating unique benefits and advantages to target customers.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, sales, and research teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
· Multi-Channel Execution: Partner with the Centre of Excellence (COE) team to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging digital marketing, events, webinars, and thought leadership.
· Budget Management: Manage the allocated budget and report on the ROI of launches and wider campaigns.
