As a Market Analyst - Deal Structuring and Negotiation, you will combine your economic development and industry knowledge to support Google’s infrastructure growth. This role will support the cost effective development of Google Data Centers by providing data driven insights into location specific taxes, costs, and economic development tools. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive technical analysis, develop and implement economic development location evaluation tools.
This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of programmatic economic development plans, researching technical elements of statutory and discretionary programs, and supporting cost analysis of ongoing data center development projects. You will be responsible for further entrenching economic development best practices within an organization experiencing rapid growth, serving as a subject matter expert on tax, incentive law and opportunity, and negotiations in complex deals.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
