Job Description
Peacock is seeking an experienced, innovative and collaborative Motion Designer for its in-house Title Creative Marketing team. A visual problem solver and storyteller, the Motion Designer will take ideas from concept to execution stage, for both video and digital advertising. Working within a larger team of creative professionals supporting single title launch campaigns, the Motion Designer will create motion assets for a wide variety of assignments, across video, mobile platforms, social and display media, digital OOH and other dynamic media.
Responsibilities:
Advanced-level knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, high level of proficiency in After Effects, video motion graphics and compositing. 3D skills in Cinema 4D a plus.
Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Producers, Editors, and Project Managers to help create marketing solutions in support of Peacock’s single title launch campaigns.
Bring hero key-art assets to life by developing and overseeing the creation of dynamic cinemagraphs.
Work alongside other designers and producers in the development of promo GFX packages.
Develop bespoke concepts, storyboards and shot-lists for marketing shoots.
Help manage and maintain the AV Title Design style-guide, ensuring all elements, rules and toolkits are up-to-date for use by cross-functional teams and external partners.
Ensure a high-volume of motion assets are finished and delivered accurately and on-time while working in a fast paced and entrepreneurial marketing culture.
Knowledge of video-editing, video production equipment, including cinema cameras, and still photography, a plus.
Creative drive to explore brand new approaches to motion storytelling.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Excellent presentation skills.
• 5+ years of experience in Motion Design.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience; digital media and/or direct-to-consumer preferred entertainment
• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, educational discipline in graphic design/art school desired.
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000
