Job Abstract

Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and skilled B2B Collections Specialist to join our team in Mount Laurel, NJ. This role involves heavy outbound calling, focusing on business-to-business collections. The ideal candidate will have leasing experience, strong customer service skills, and a background in accounting and cash application. A degree in Finance or Business is preferred. Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Assignment Type: Temp to Hire
Work Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (37.5 hours per week)

• Conduct heavy outbound calls for B2B collections.

• Interact extensively with Canons customers, providing exceptional customer service.

• Apply strong writing and communication skills in all interactions.

• Utilize advanced Excel and Word skills for data management and reporting.

• Perform accounting tasks and cash application processes accurately.

• Maintain organized records and documentation of all collection activities.

• Experience in B2B collections and leasing.

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Background in accounting and cash application.

• Degree in Finance or Business preferred.

• This position offers a hybrid work schedule requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless specific business needs require in-office attendance on other days).

• Work schedules and office reporting requirements may change based on business needs.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
