Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting designated PEPFAR countries across Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, and/or the Latin America/Caribbean Region. Your primary responsibility will involve analyzing the supporting costs, budgeting, and financing of HIV/AIDS interventions within PEPFAR programs. By providing accurate and timely data, your insights will inform funding decisions for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Serves as a Cost and Finance Program Analyst for designated PEPFAR countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, and/or Latin America/Caribbean.
Analyzes supporting costs, budgeting, and financing of HIV/AIDS interventions under PEPFAR implementation.
Provides timely and accurate data for funding decisions, including reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Supports development, approval, implementation, and reporting of operational and strategic plans for PEPFAR countries and regional HIV/AIDS programs.
Offers strategic input into budgeting for HIV/AIDS interventions, contributing to impactful decision-making.
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications: Must be self-motivated, have strong attention to detail, good oral and written communication skills. Must be in good physical condition and can occasionally travel.
Education and Experience:
This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or related field from an accredited institution is required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and inform decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to obtain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (Tier 2) clearance required.
Physical Requirements:
Frequently lift and/or move parts up to 40lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move parts up to 50lbs
Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for many continuous working hours
Frequently use arms, hands, and fingers to grasp and move network equipment
Frequently bend, stretch, twist, or?reach overhead when moving network equipment
