Sparks Group, partnered with a global financial SAAS organization, is seeking a Bilingual Collections Specialist, fluent in English and French. The Bilingual Collections Specialist will be responsible for a large collections portfolio, handle credit reviews, and must have strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset. Responsibilities:

• Manage a large B2B collections portfolio
• Resolve complex client billing issues
• Analyze accounts & recommend collection strategies
• Generate comprehensive reports for management
• Provide timely follow up on payment arrangements and requests while maintaining a high level of customer service

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Bilingual fluency (French & English)
• Proven B2B collections experience
• Strong financial analysis & organizational skills
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
• Excellent communication & service orientation

• College degree in a relevant field PREFERRED
• Dynamics 365 experience PREFERRED
