Job Abstract

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and timely using ADP Workforce Now. The Payroll Analyst will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. This role requires a thorough understanding of payroll procedures, strong analytical skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

1. Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for employees accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
2. Utilize ADP Workforce Now to input and verify payroll data, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and time off requests.
3. Perform reconciliations of payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters, including pay discrepancies, deductions, and tax withholdings.
5. Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll-related issues and ensure data integrity.
6. Generate payroll reports and assist with audits as needed.
7. Stay updated on federal, state, and local payroll regulations to ensure compliance.
8. Assist with special projects related to payroll process improvements or system enhancements.
9. Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and adhere to data protection policies.
