The Associate is also responsible for creating pitch books, conducting real estate-related and company specific research, and leading modeling and valuation work. Real estate- and REIT-related modeling and Excel skills are essential. Ability to navigate CoStar, RCA, and other real estate-related data services and software programs is also essential. Secondarily, proficiency with ARGUS is important but not required.
