What’s a typical day as a Receptionist? You’ll be:

• Acting as the face of the practice

• Learning and utilizing our scheduling and billing software effectively

• Assisting patients and clinicians with inquiries, appointments, and payments

• Collecting payments from patients and accurately recording transactions

• Maintaining a calm, kind, and professional demeanor at all times

• Demonstrating a self-starter attitude and taking initiative in learning new tasks

• Working closely with doctors and other team members to ensure smooth operations

• Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
