Position Overview: Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room at our Jacksonville, FL location. This position offers the opportunity to work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the emergency room, including triage, assessment, and treatment
• Administer medications and perform advanced life support procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and follow-up care
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Degree/Education: Possess a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, a Graduate Diploma in Nursing, or an Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited agency such as the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Experience: Possess 12 months of experience within the preceding 24 months as an RN
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
