Education and Experience
- 1-3 years experience in Talent Acquisition sourcing candidates, information technology experience preferred
- Experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and craft Boolean search strings)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, Taleo experience preferred
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to positively present Avient and open roles to potential candidates
- Effective time-management abilities
- High school diploma required; Advanced Degree preferred (BS degree or equivalent)
