Job Abstract

• Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills to evaluate appropriateness of potential partnerships, practices and protocols within the program
• Able to effectively organize time to accomplish daily responsibilities
• Exercises good judgment in interacting with collaborating departments, community partners and various other agencies and organizations with whom the program intersects
• Highly independent
• Adheres to all Frederick Health policies and procedures
• Possesses competent knowledge of computer software and can develop and interpret data/reports to drive positive program outcomes • Bachelors degree in business management, project management, or healthcare related field, or 10+ years of management work experience required. Direct healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience coordinating community-based or service line programs.
