Responsibilities:
Manage associates through coaching and establishing a positive, productive work environment
Recommend process and procedure improvements to ensure quality, service, and profitability goals are met
Handle all staff responsibilities, including but not limited to: hiring, training, firing, establishing performance standards, conducting performance reviews and growing careers
Answer incoming customer contacts in a professional manner
Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels, as needed
Handle escalated customer issues with sensitivity, accuracy, and a sense of urgency
