The Art Director leads the creative team in producing high-quality digital and print solutions for CrossCountry Mortgage and the Loan Officers. The Art Director plays a crucial role in promoting the CCM brand and delivering visually compelling materials.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead design projects from conception to delivery.
- Create original pieces including illustrations and infographics.
- Develop creative concepts and strategies to advertise the company brand, as well as loan products and programs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing projects.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to meet deadlines; ensuring all visual content meets standards of quality and creativity.
- Remain up to date with industry developments and tools.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design or a similar role, with at least 2 years in an art director or senior designer position.
- Experience as an Art Director, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
- Portfolio of completed design projects is preferred.
- Experience in the real estate/mortgage/finance industry, a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, a plus.
- Experience with Figma, a plus.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
- Advanced aesthetic and design skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.
- Advanced attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
