The Lead Facility Operations is responsible for overseeing the Operations department of their club in the delivery of Life Time’s cleanliness standards. Responsible for ensuring locker rooms, fitness floors and common areas clean, tidy and welcoming at all times - 45%Coaches, manages and schedules up to 30 team members - 20%Responsible for training staff through orientation, direction, and feedback - 20%Recruits for the Operations department and gives recommendations to the General Manager on hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions - 5%Responsible for maintaining the monthly, quarterly and annual department budget, including submitting monthly financial reports to the General Manager - 5%Completes operations payroll and ensures labor costs fall within budgetary guidelines - 5%Minimum Required Qualifications Education:High School Diploma or GED - Years of Experience:2 years of management experience. Building operations experience. Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:CPR/ AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire. Certified Pool Operations (CPO) license within 6 months of hire. OtherAbility to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs. Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time. Preferred Qualifications . College degree in business, hospitality, or related field. Health and Fitness operations experience. Proficient Computer Skills with Microsoft Office. Background in the Military is beneficial. Pay. This is an hourly position with wages starting at $28.50 and pays up to $38.50, based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on business performance.
