Under the direction of the Marketing Company President or the U-Haul Moving Center General Manager (GM), in a training capacity, observe and perform duties and operations necessary to qualify for the job of GM as future openings arise.
Note: Essential duties are not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary.
Training -
1. Learn to manage a U-Haul center by participating in on-the-job training.
2. Learn cash management policies and procedures necessary to direct a profitable center.
3. Assist GMs in the performance of their duties such as determining workload requirements, scheduling personnel, preparing reports, etc.
4. May also train in other areas such as equipment repair, traffic control, servicing of dealers, etc.
5. May be required to transfer equipment from one location to another.
With Training Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:

- Management experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a good driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work weekends and holidays.
