THE WORK This is a Sikorsky Field Service Representative (FSR) position based in Lopburi, Thailand. The FSR will be located at the Army Aircraft Maintenance Battalion, Royal Thai Army Aviation Center, and support the entire RTA UH-60 Black Hawk fleet. The FSR will provide assistance in the organization of an inventory system, assist maintenance and flight crew personnel in answering technical and operational inquiries, provide over-the-shoulder guidance in fault diagnostics and use of all Sikorsky OEM equipment, and serve as the liaison between the Customer and Sikorsky.

Have the ability to load customer specific software onto select avionics components; ? Provide guidance and instruction in the use of associated special tools and test equipment; ? Provide assistance in identifying areas where additional training may be required; ? Provide an analysis of maintenance program and recommendations that may be beneficial; ? Emphasize safety precautions; ? Demonstrate “best method” for the installation of modification and retrofit kits;
