Primary Responsibilities:
- Organizes and directs the clinical activities of the Practice Health and Safety Assessments
- Works with the Clinical Educators in the development and updating of operational protocols/Policies
- Travels to ambulatory care practices to perform assessments and education
- Ensures complete and accurate documentation for the assessments and corrective action plans
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance regarding patient safety
- Works collaboratively with other site nurse supervisors/site directors for practice health and safety issues organization wide
- Coordinate with practice team members on remediation activities surrounding identified opportunities for improvement, from initiation through completion
- Proactively identify support opportunities surrounding health and safety, clinical compliance, and quality improvement

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license through the State of California
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers (America Heart Association) or ability to obtain at the time of hire
PreferredQualifications:
- BSN degree
- 3+ years of experience working as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in an ambulatory care setting and/or specialty areas
California Residents Only: The hourly range for this role is $28.03 to $54.95 per hour.
