Job Abstract

Title: HR Generalist (ONSITE)
Compensation: $25-$30/hr.
Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

JOB SUMMARY

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for conducting orientation with new employees, ensuring new hire documentation and new hire personnel files are complete, phone screen potential candidates and applicant tracking. The Human Resources Generalist will provide support to the Human Resources team in their day-to-day operational roles.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic, high stress environment.
• Ability to deal with changing objectives, deadlines, and priorities beyond ones control as needed.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior work experience in related field, recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Strong ability to work independently and remain self-motivated with minimal direct supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
