Your role at Clorox:
As a Rebate Analyst you will be responsible for key processes that enable the rebating and payment of CloroxPro’s customers and partners. Includes providing support for field sales and distributors, managing the CloroxPro rebates portal, training internal and external business partners, and management of pricing agreements.
CloroxPro encompasses professional healthcare, cleaning and specialty offerings. Our wide range of solutions reflect a tradition of research and experience in cleaning, sanitizing and infection prevention for professional environments.
In this role, you will:
- Perform specific processes in support of the PPD Rebates process that help ensure accurate and timely payment of key business partners (Distributors/GPOs)
- Manage pricing agreements and contract price lists, including updates, renewals, publications
- Train CloroxPro Sales Managers on Forge End User programs
- Train Distributors on CloroxPro Distributor Portal
- Publish to Touchpoint
- Troubleshoot portal submissions issues
- Quarterly Sox Compliance
- Manage distributor and GPO payee records (process new distributor W9 requests, changes)
What we look for:
Experience
- 1 to 2 years’ of previous data support experience
- High proficiency with MS Office tools (especially Excel)
- Experience with Rebates, Agreements, and Group Purchasing Organizations desirable
- Proficient on key analytical and functional tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- High proficiency with MS Office tools (especially Excel)

–Zone B: $63,800 - $116,800
–Zone C: $58,000 - $106,100
