Job Description
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
Cultivate a clienteling culture within the store, building and maintaining relationships with high-value clients to drive repeat business and increase customer loyalty.
Plan and execute events and promotions to drive foot traffic and enhance the shopping experience.
Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandised according to company standards.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion or a similar industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Passion for luxury fashion and a keen eye for style.
Knowledge of clienteling techniques and experience building relationships with high-value clients.
Ability to plan and execute events and promotions.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
