Job Description

The Associate Director of US Oncology Marketing Strategic Operations and Business Planning will report to the Director of US Oncology Marketing, Strategic Operations and Business Planning. This role will have significant responsibility across the US Oncology Franchise including working with senior leadership and business unit colleagues to shape and execute strategic business operations including AGILE -e.g., QBR/TBRs and, also support the execution of other broader operating model initiatives for the franchise. The individual will also be a member of a team responsible for short- and long-range strategic business planning efforts across the business unit and may support other business planning efforts including management of our launch tracker, investment planning and prioritization efforts.

Key Responsibilities include and may not be limited to:

• Support efforts to manage and execute the business unit’s BU Marketplace (QBR/TBRs), including capturing learnings and impact results.

• Support the development of the agenda and working with stakeholders to prepare for the BU Marketplace

• Coordinate and collaborate with the US enterprise -e.g., Strategic Planning  

• Support the execution of US Oncology’s future operating model including supporting the assessment of AGILE for US Oncology

• Work across the Business Unit to update and maintain the Launch Intelligence Tool (LIT) 

• Support US Oncology’s prioritization and investment planning efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or related degree

• 5+ years of commercial experience, such as marketing, commercial operations, strategy, sales or related function within the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry

• Project Management skills and experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders

• Experience translating strategy into execution

• Strong leadership ability and learning agility

• Experience collaborating across diverse stakeholders and teams

• Executive level communication skills

• Able to work hybrid, at least 3 days per week, in North Wales, Pennsylvania

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree

• Commercial Oncology experience

• Experience supporting and/or leading organizational transformations

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
