Overview /Objective
The Senior Manager, Global Business Solutions and Asset Development will play a key role in driving league financial growth through the development of new assets, ensuring the strength of the NFL’s current platforms, and help drive the NFL sponsorship narrative through custom partner presentations and documents. This role will be part of the team that oversees and executes global league sponsorship deals and manages partner relationships.
This individual will serve as the creator of assets working with the Events Strategy group, International, Football Operations, Marketing, Broadcasting, Media, IT, and the Partnership group (Sponsorship, Consumer Products, and Media Sales) to develop new saleable global assets that meet the goals of the NFL and its partners.
Responsibilities
- Own the global asset development and management process from start to finish, working closely with key internal stakeholders for creation of assets with alignment and approval from areas such as NFL Events, International, Marketing, Broadcasting, Media, Security, and IT.
- Generate new and unique exposure opportunities and platforms for NFL sponsors in alignment with league priorities. Some assets will be regionally focused while others will be global in nature. Assets will be focused on supporting key NFL initiatives such as International growth and NFL Flag
- Develop pricing strategy and P&l for global platforms and assets, working with finance business partner during the budgeting process
- Manage inventory and database of all existing and new assets; measure / analyze ROI on an ongoing basis to understand asset performance
- Responsible for developing the strategic connection between our partners/prospects and league platforms and creating customized decks/proposals presenting the opportunity
- Assist with partner upsell opportunities including deck development, pitching, and program execution; responsible for upselling of assets for non-sponsorship partners across other departments (consumer products, media, vendors, etc.)
- Support NFL sponsorship team on strategy and deck development for NFL “go to market” narrative
- Lead development and value new assets, maintaining a balance across new business, upsells, and renewals
- Serve as the Sponsorship voice during strategic event planning to ensure Sponsorship priorities are being considered, including contractual sponsorship obligations, development of viable revenue generating assets, and sponsorship category protections
- Support partnership integration at key league initiatives and tentpole events (e.g. Global Games, Super Bowl, etc.)
- Be a student of sports sponsorship programs and assets in order to be at the forefront of developing new sponsorship platforms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sports, with an agency, or at a brand in a similar role

Terms / Expected Hours of Work
- NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week. This position will exceed 40 hours per week, and require work on nights and weekends for events.
