This is great opportunity to join a team of winning, competitive sales leaders that are forging a growth path within our 12 billion Dollar Company. Recruiting & developing top sales talent, along with showing your own passion for sales
Working in an engaging and competitive industry with other top sales management professionals
Creating strategies & brainstorming ideas to exceed sales goals while making sure our clients come first
Managing and selling with a team of motivational sellers
Maintain a positive team culture while motivating the team to achieve goals
Experience in a selling Sales Management role with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and effective leadership
Proven leadership and mentoring experience
Proactive strategic thinking with a strong sales mentality and creative problem-solving skills
Track record of developing new business/exceeding revenue targets
Strong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive results
