Program Analyst
The Opportunity:
As a program analyst, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced program analyst who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of acquisitions. You’ll work with key stakeholders to draft and review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Office products and regular interactions with SMEs, engineers, schedulers, and customers.

You Have:
- Experience with DoD acquisitions developing products such as PWS and RFP
- Experience planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and processes
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience working in a Program Management Office environment, or 12+ years of experience working in a Program Management Office environment in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with the development and execution of DoD acquisition strategies
- Experience with telecommunications acquisition
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
