Sr Operations Analyst
The Automobile Club of Southern California has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Operations Analyst on our Receivables Department.
What You’ll Do
- On a daily basis you will evaluate and offer improved solutions to operations and will be involved with creating and improving billing and receivables initiatives and process improvements and solutions.
- Daily you will be using strong analytical and calculating skills to develop technical solutions involving database design, reporting, intuitive user interfaces and backend storage containers.
- You’ll be assisting assist with improving and automating collection processes and mitigating or eliminating unnecessary or outdated processes.
- You will monitor daily processes and correct bugs, while providing technical support for the employees in the business unit.
What You’ll Need
- To be successful you will need knowledge in Access, SQL and Tableau with data mining is preferred and experience and background in complex calculations required.
- Four-year college degree or 2- 3 years of comparable work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required.
- Ability to improve, maintain and customize complex Microsoft Access databases.
- Strong experience/interest in developing desktop business applications in MS-Access with SQL server back-ends.
- Ability to develop technical code, training manuals related to design methodology, and instructions for end-users and maintenance.
- Experience with macros and Visual Basic, or Visual Basic for Applications is preferred.
- Strong leadership and individual contributor skills and ability to effectively utilize available tools and resources to execute tasks based on various deadlines.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$76,400.00 - $101,900.00
Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
