Job Description
Pulling contracts and scanning to Sales Representatives, when necessary.
Entering work order submission, with accuracy.
Following WO order set up procedures.
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
Processing and Mailingout liquidated damages letters.
Updates and maintainscustomer database by entering information with inquires.
Providing extensive reporting on bad debt accountsto General Managers and Regional Sales Manager to approve the removal of equipment and services.
Creating customer profiles for new accounts.
Scan contracts into tracking system.
Enter contract terms into tracking system.
Meets or exceeds service quality and productivity goals set for the position.
Researching/Creating customer back up information packets.
Maintain established Service Level goals
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
1-2 years’ experience in an administrative roll.
Exceptional verbal and written skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Great customer service attitude, communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of people.
Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
